Critical Time Limit

We offer refund/exchange strictly within **one day** from the date of your purchase. If more than 24 hours have passed, we cannot offer you a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

‘On Order’ Items

Returns or refunds for 'On Order' items are not accepted once the platform has placed the order with the manufacturer.
